MABI Mobility in brief

MABI Mobility (formerly Scandia Rent) is a long-standing car rental company with roots in a Finnish family business from the 1940s. Today, we are a community of nearly 30 local entrepreneurs, with locations all over Finland. We are part of the Swedish MABI Mobility AB, which in turn belongs to the Hedin Mobility Group. It’s one of the largest single car rental companies in Sweden.

Our service network in Finland covers over 100 locations, and our car selection includes 2,500 cars and vans.

We’re looking for new entrepreneurs all around Finland

We are constantly interested in new entrepreneurs across Finland and occasionally look for entrepreneurs to directly operate in certain towns and areas to take care of the local customers’ various car rental needs. Running a car rental business can easily be combined with, for example, previous experience in the car industry.

What does entrepreneurship require from us?

Ready-to-use commercial spaces suitable for car rental operations are an advantage, but not necessary. The vehicle fleet can be provided without initial investments. However, successfully running the business requires the entrepreneur to have a stable financial foundation and resources to invest in the operations. Passion for the car industry and personal networks in the area are also helpful.

You succeed as an entrepreneur in our chain when you have the right attitude and a willingness to commit to working together! All MABI entrepreneurs share a service-minded approach, a desire to develop the car rental chain’s operations, and strong expertise in the automotive/logistics sector.

We believe you’ll succeed in our chain if you have a sales-oriented mindset, are genuinely interested in business development, and see potential in car rentals. You’re also good at communicating and may already have a wide network in your field.
